Art Charles is a 15-year professional baseball player who brings elite-level experience and passion to the development of young athletes. Over the course of his career, he has established himself as a consistent power threat and high-level performer, earning multiple accolades and contributing to championship success.

Throughout his professional career, Art has competed across the minor leagues and internationally, playing a key role in multiple postseason runs. He has earned All-Star honors, a Home Run Derby championship, and All-Star Game MVP recognition, building a reputation for performing at a high level in pressure moments.

As a coach, his mission is to pass that same mindset on to the next generation. He focuses on developing confident, disciplined players who understand how to compete, handle failure, and perform under pressure. His coaching blends high-level hitting instruction with mental performance training to help athletes unlock their full potential.

Now leading the 14U team, Art is committed to building a culture of accountability, growth, and competitive excellence, helping players develop not only their skillset, but also their mindset, work ethic, and baseball IQ as they prepare for the next level both on and off the field.
