Jarret Martin

Jarret Martin is a former professional left-handed pitcher and founder of JM Precision GolfCarts in Bakersfield, Calif. A standout two-way athlete at Centennial High School, he set andstill holds the school records for strikeouts and home runs, and set the Central Section CIFsingle-season home run record with 18 bombs his senior year.After being drafted twice by the Baltimore Orioles, Jarret went on to play 10 years ofprofessional baseball, including time with the Dodgers, Brewers, Giants, A’s, and Rangers,reaching as high as Triple-A and being added to the Dodgers’ MLB 40-man roster in 2014.While still playing, he founded a baseball academy, coaching youth during the off-season.After retiring, he shifted gears to entrepreneurship, launching JM Precision Golf Carts, nowa leading local name in golf cart sales, service, and customization.Jarret and his wife Allie were baptized in 2020 at The Bridge Bible Church, where their familycontinues to grow in faith alongside their three children, trustingGod for whatever comes next.They are excited to now be part of the Black Gold Baseball family and look forward
