Tyler Smith

Tyler grew up in Thousand Oaks, CA where he played baseball and football in his earlyyears. Tyler then attended Thousand Oaks High School where he focused solely on baseballand went on to play college baseball at Oregon State. He was thendrafted in the 8th roundof the 2013 MLB draft by the Seattle Mariners. Tyler played six seasons of professionalbaseball, making his major league debut with the Mariners in 2017. He also playedprofessionally for the Texas Rangers and Atlanta Braves. Tyler is currently a mortgage loanofficer in Bakersfield. Tyler and his incredible wife, Lauren, are soaking up the joy ofparenthood after recently welcoming their baby girl, Brantleigh. Tyler is passionate aboutsharing his love for Jesus with others and helping develop the next generation of baseball players.
